Big Life

I have a personal goal of making it to 103 in sound mind and good health. A tall order, I realize. But hitting that number is something that has been with me for as long as I can remember. Some might consider making it to centenarian plus three would constitute a Big Life. And, to some extent, they are absolutely correct.
But part of that 103 also includes having some depth and breadth when it comes to the life that is lived. The number of years is important, but not as important as how a life is lived.
Consider this – each of us is designed for a purpose and designed for greatness. Allowing ourselves to become all that we are meant to be leans into that concept of Big Life. And let’s not forget gratitude. Being grateful for each day, even when life is less than stellar, is a solid recipe for Big Living.

Both concepts allow us to operate at a higher level, leaning into our better selves, resulting in Big Life. So be courageous, be grateful and be resilient. Be the victor over your challenges and live large.
