“Reacting in anger or annoyance will not advance one's ability to persuade." Ruth Bader Ginsberg
‘Nuf said. It would be near impossible to say it any better. So, then the question becomes how to minimize anger and annoyance with all that is going on in our homes, neighborhoods, state, country and/or world.
For sure, it can be a challenge. But a challenge does not mean impossible.
Keep in mind, there is only one thing completely in your control, and that is you. Everything else is simply an illusion of control. So how do you want to utilize your control of you? You could choose to continue fuming. This is absolutely your right to make this choice for yourself. But when you make that decision be sure to ask yourself how well that state of fury is serving you or others.

The other option – well there are too many options to list. But bottom line, you can choose to release the resentment, and then with a much more open state of being, you can decide your next move. With the removal of anger, the options can become more apparent. The answer becomes less black and white. Your choices are as wide as the sea is vast.
