The solid belief that you’ve got this and that you will do whatever it is well may be one definition of confidence. Not questioning yourself might be another. Valuing who you are and what you bring to the table yet another. Or maybe just knowing you are absolutely worth love and respect. As you can see, there can be a variety of definitions because each of us most likely will have a bit of a nuance to our way of explaining confidence.
Interestingly enough, some may call what was just described as egotistical. But there is no self-inflation of self here, instead it is an understanding of who you are. And with that self-understanding, here are some of the potential benefits:
· A bit of fearlessness
· Less anxious presence
· Resilience
· Healthy relationships

Confidence comes from the Latin word 'fidere' which means "to trust." It’s trusting oneself. All in all, sounds Like a pretty healthy way to approach the day. So, what might be one way for you to build up this fidere muscle?
