This past week has witnessed, yet again, intense emotions and actions. As you navigate through all this, respect the emotions that are coming up. They deserve attention. Allow yourself to feel them, and when you are ready, do your best to simply accept them without judgment. From there, you may find yourself ready to decide the next move – for yourself, for others and/or maybe both.
