Intention setting can be utilized in any and all aspects of your life. Whether you set intentions around your work life, home life, play, finances, physical health, emotional health, relationships, parenting or any number of other areas, setting an intention can be fierce.
But here’s something to think about. Now, it might be considered a bit far-fetched. But hear me out. There’s one intention that can create a beautiful, downhill rolling, giant snowball effect. One intention that healthily hits ALL the areas of your life. And what is it, pray tell?
It is simply known as … your happiness.
When you prioritize your happiness, however you define happiness, you are then prioritizing you. That, in turn, helps you act with more intention with everything else you do. Because with that single objective everything else just becomes easier.

So, set your Happiness Intention. In fact, do it every day. It doesn’t necessarily have to be the same day-to-day. But do it. Live into it and see how all other areas of your life are affected by this one, single, powerful intention.
