It is a blessing to have an inner-circle with an equal portion of introverts and extroverts. Each side of the equation brings so much to the table. Here are a few things learned along the way:
Introverts
- Time alone is not lonely.
- Deep conversation is preferred over small talk.
- Keen observation is a strong suit.
- Introverts mean what they say. Pinky-swear not required.
- Smiling is not requisite to be happy.
- Silence is simply silence. No more and no less.
- Feelings are strong even when not shared.
- Not going doesn’t mean stop inviting.

Extroverts
- Energy is derived from others.
- Quality and Quantity sometimes have equal value.
- Deep thinking really is part of the repertoire.
- Living outside the box doesn’t mean blowing up the box.
- Hanging out is Love.
- Social butterflies started in a cocoon.
- Flamboyance does not mean a lack of substance.
- Bringing it down a notch can sometimes be exhausting.
