Make a Move

Sitting in a vortex full of unanswered questions and indecision can be frustrating on one end of the spectrum and paralyzing on the other. Everything in between can be a hodge-podge of guilt, fear, anger, apathy, you name it. Not the ideal space many of us want to inhabit. And yet, we do.
There are perfectly reasonable reasons why we might ‘stew’ for a little bit. We want to gather more data. There are other people to consider. We just want to be sure. All of these are wonderful and reasonable. But, at some point, a move needs to be made.

There are those who say the stress of making no decision is as detrimental to our physical and emotional health as making a perceived ‘wrong’ decision. Any way you cut it; this stress wreaks havoc on our lives.
So, make a move. Cut yourself some slack. Make that decision. Because the ‘right’ decision is any decision. And there’s an extremely good chance you’ll feel better once you do.
