Miracles

It has been said before, but it bears repeating, true character is on display when things don’t go as planned, life feels like it is in a crisis, folks are caught off guard, etc. Value systems, integrity and beliefs are on full display when ‘it’ hits the fan.

As this thought kept rummaging through my head this week, I was genuinely curious as to why. And then, it hit me. The word miracle kept running through the old noggin’ as well. Was there a correlation?

There was. At least a loose one, based on the word display.

What if miracles are being missed throughout the day because we aren’t on the look out for them. And, therefore, not visible to us.

Now, if they aren’t part of your belief system, it seems quite appropriate. And if you are one of many who seek them only during trying times, then it only makes sense that you don’t witness them regularly. They can’t be seen if you don’t make the habit of actively seeking them.

But they are out there. All day. Every day. What would change for you if you were ALWAYS ready to witness a miracle?
