Neutral Zone

Gravity states that objects with mass are attracted to each other. We are attracted to the earth, the earth is attracted to the sun, and so on and so on and so on and so on.
Objects with different masses and at different distances exert different forces on each other, so that the gravity we experience on our fine blue ball is different than the gravity we would experience on say, Mars or Venus.
But no matter what the intensity of the force, this attraction keeps everything in order.
Now, moving from the #ScienceStuff portion of our program to a more personal side. There is a force within each of us that allows us to ‘come back down to planet Earth’ to stay grounded, but not stuck. Think of staying grounded as staying rooted in reality. And one way to stay rooted is to live in the neutral zone.
I know, neutral doesn’t really sound all that exciting, but think about it this way. Whenever you feel overly positive (yes, overly positive) or overly negative, root down into the neutral zone. You can do this by making a list of everything you feel neutral about. By doing this, we name the neutral people, places, and events in our lives. And this, dear friends, helps us to leave the polarizing zone at one end of the spectrum or the other.
Gravity is the literal force that keeps you grounded. Neutrality is the force that keeps you leveled out.
