Aaaaah. Those years gone by. The idea that a past time is sorely missed and, for many, there is a strong desire to go back to the good ol’ days. No doubt. We all have fond memories of a rosy time in our lives. Maybe life felt more simplistic. Or maybe they just felt a bit more ‘right.’
So, what is it that you are missing from your past? What ‘glory days’ are you desperately wanting to recapture?

When you have figured it out, follow-up with these questions: What role did I play in making them so ‘good?’ What did I bring to the table to make those times worthy of such affection?
After you’ve settled in on those answers, ask yourself, “How can I take the contribution I made in those brighter times and bring them forward to today?
As you nosh on this, you may realize that the good ol’ days may be a bit overrated in your mind. Or you may have a stroke of brilliance on how you can set yourself up to experience a bit of that healthy energy you are so longing for right now. Either way. It’s a win-win.
