Rebellion is a word that can make many feel uncomfortable. For some, it brings up thoughts of violence, conflict and uprising. Which leads to emotions of fear and anger.
But let’s look at the act of rebellion from a healthier perspective – a more personal perspective. Because sometimes being a rebel of one could be the most fitting tactic for you. Here’s just a few possibilities:
1. Reexamine your own views. You can choose to no longer lean into what you’ve always known or done. Rebel against your own ways.
2. Challenge what you are seeing or hearing. Not for the sake of being obstinate. But to help you and others see and hear things completely different than before. Rebel to open up the possibilities
3. Think of the unthinkable. As they say, there is more than one way to skin a cat. Which means there’s a good chance there are a variety of solutions to any single issue. Rebel to find alternatives.

So, it’s not rebelling for the sake of rebelling. It’s you rebelling against you. Shaking things up a bit. And when you are brave enough to do that, you may begin to see the endless options available to you.
