Unleash the Beast

There are times that we all experience more visceral emotions such as frustration, rebellion, envy, anger. And with those emotions, many times we also feel physical tension.


Think of the last time you wanted to stick that middle finger up and stick it to the world.


What if you gave yourself permission to rebel? Sign you up, you say!?!?


Yeah, so next time you just want to scream, go ahead and do it. Throw a tantrum. When life is sucking or it doesn’t seem fair or you’re just plain tired of being nice and playing by the rules, let the tiger out. Let it run wild. Unleash yourself in a way that won’t hurt you or another or get in the way of any goals or desires.


And do it any way that suits you. There are no rules or the ‘right’ way to ‘release the kraken.’ The only thing is to channel those urges into something non-destructive and hopefully a whole lotta fun. So, leave the toilet seat up. Double dip your chip. Play hooky. Run around frantically. Scream at the top of your lungs.
