Wait. What?

Raise your hand if you enjoy waiting. Waiting for an answer. Waiting for the subway. Waiting in line. Waiting for your significant other. Waiting.
Just a guess. But it’s doubtful that most of you are lifting your hands above your head, thinking, “Yes! Waiting is exactly what I love doing.” Let’s be real. Waiting can be an extremely uncomfortable place to be. It can feel sooooo unproductive.
So much so that waiting is rarely given its due. But here’s the rub. When we wait, we have an opportunity to utilize one of the most powerful tools in our tool belt. It is in the intentional state of waiting that our potential lies in wait (like that play on words?). It’s in our waiting, that liminal space, that the world completely opens up with limitless potential and possibilities.
In this world of waiting – this is where our inner genius percolates. It is in this space that we assess what we absolutely know to be Truth. It is here that our answers lie.
So, go ahead, ignore the little voice in your head that says, “Move! Move! Move!” Don’t rush. Wait for clarity. Have faith that your answer will come to you exactly when you need it.
