What If You Said 'Yes?'

For those who are comfortable saying ‘no,’ this question is specifically for you. How many times do you actually say ‘yes?’ How often are you gifted with opportunities, and how many of those opportunities do you take on?
Here’s the thing. The way we grow, challenge the status quo and live into our fullest potential starts with being open to whatever comes our way. When you hear that whisper in your ear, tap on your shoulder, pull of your heartstrings or a quickening of your pulse – pay attention. Then consider these Five F’s:
Freedom to Choose – Every day you are provided opportunities. You get to choose what to do about them.
Pay Attention to Feelings – Emotions are there for a reason, a wide array of them. Pay attention. They are telling you something.
Faith in Yourself – Whatever comes your way comes your way for a reason. There are no coincidences. Know that you are more than capable.

Be Fearless – Fear absolutely serves a purpose in our lives, but don’t give it too much room to grow.
Move Forward – Consider taking that first, small step. See what you think. You may be wonderfully surprised.
Yes, it is challenging to say ‘yes’ and step into the unknown. But shouldn’t life consist of more than fleeting thoughts and faded passions?
