What's in a Value?

When I share with others my top values, some people appear unsettled at the thought that humor and fun are in the Top 5. Would it not be nobler if I exhibited more integrity, loyalty and justice in those top slots? Nobler? Maybe in the eyes of the world. But not nobler to who I authentically am.

It’s simple: When I live into my values of fun and humor, everything else seems to fall in place. And this allows me the freedom to be true to myself. Which, in turn, allows me to be more open to all the possibilities presented to me on any given day.

This, to me, is the nobler path.
