Wishful Thinking

“A goal without a plan is just a wish.” Antoine de Saint-Exupéry


But this doesn’t mean you should discount wishful thinking. Because it’s a start, and when you combine it with action, it can be a powerful one-two combo.


We start with dreaming and wishing and wanting. It’s our way of throwing the energy out there, so to speak. And then we move and participate and work it. The two have equal weight. The mental and emotional energy you expend is just as important as the physical action you take. So, what might this one-two combo look like:


· Saying your hopes and dreams out loud to yourself

· Sharing your goals with others

· Creating a vision board

· Journaling what you want to attract into your life

· Setting daily intentions related to your goals


Think: Thought-Action. Thought-Action. Thought-Action. This combination moves a wish to an accomplished goal. Way to go!
